On 15th December 2011, TRIOA got throught the FAT of that the blade-type electrostatic oiler has been replaced by TRIOA electrostatic oiler from end user.

The original electrostatic oiler supplier designed the coating weight from 2-100mg/m² of their oiler,But during 8 months, They couldn't get the FAT and the bad coating performance maked end user been complained always. In fact, this oiler minimum coating weight is 180mg/m² per side. As we all known, this coating weight couldn't meet the requirement of tinplate sheet.
Finally, This tinplate manufacture discussed with TRIOA and inspected Trioa end users. Then they make a choice of replacement of original electrostatic oiler.

With three days trial debugging of TRIOA engineers, The final coating weight is measured within 2-5mg/sqm by hydrophilic balance. The sample of tinplate sheet delivered to the end user, it is no problem with printing now. One month later, the end user released the FAT to TRIOA with many thanks.
